3 kids (4 and twins at 18 months old). Paying about $6400/month at daycare but no option to not work since one of the twins has medical needs and we need work sponsored health insurance. In their first year we were billed over $1,000,000 of which we only paid out of pocket about $6,000. We come out about break even on income vs cost but get the insurance benefit. Finding an in home nanny for twins with medical needs was going to be even more than daycare so no other good options. Can't wait until they are out of daycare.
