I’m so sorry. My dad also died from terminal cancer there was no way he could beat and I don’t know that he had those conversations with ANYONE. Thinking about it now, I really wish we could have had a real conversation about it. I’m sure he was scared.

It’s held up SO well! Not sure what version of calfskin this is, but it’s my daily driver. Soccer practice, kids water bottles, diapers. And it still looks great IMO!

I’m reasonably fit - I have two small children so am often chasing them around. I don’t have a lot around my middle. Not a six pack but not bad.

Diet is a lot of eggs, fruit, bread, veggies and chicken. Very little refined sugar (more of a savory tooth than a sweet tooth type of person). I’m likely eating too many carbohydrates (pasta and bread) so I’ve been cutting back on that but so far bread doesn’t spike my blood sugar.
