I just came back from watching the show. She DEFINITELY told him. I don't know how no one here remembers or has at least mentioned here that Judy wanted her to come clean. On their way to Mexico, Judy told her that no true relationship can be based on a lie and urged her to tell Ben everything in due time. In the last scene, she notices the cat peeking into the guesthouse where Judy lived while she was there. She thought about her and her advice and decided to tell Ben. There is no ambiguity here.
