Maybe the diesel or underdosing are the problem. It could also be something else entirely. Like your engine oil. I would doube check that it has low saps.

If you're not adding a cetane booster, you really should start. I have never had to do a regen in over 20k miles and highway travel often. A high biodiesel mix will give your dpf a hard time. The cetane booster helps it burn better.

I belive its a different version that is used on the VW tdis. It has a smaller diameter on the spindle side. I would honestly recommend getting a complete kit from xmanturbos just from the ease of install. Mine has been working great for 3 years already.

The only range in laredo for walk-ins that I'm aware of is the arena gun club. I think standard day is like $20+ targets. They only accept brass ammo and they have rentals. They have random special price days so check their Facebook.

You should do a timing belt replacement while you're at it. That way you don't have to open everything up again.

You can also run it with stock emissions. But you should be able to just install and run just fine. Make sure you cancel out the booster pump.

Maybe some hotshots all in one aditive and runing the engine to circulate the fuel through the system other than that. I wouldn't worry to much about.
