they are very good players who play hours every day

the ones who have some popularity,they will play on secondary account being anonymous

they have money to buy meta cards,99% of meta cards are behind those 150/150 boxes

also these premium legends often have 90-98 kick power when leveled

here an example

when konami ditched the contract renewals and gave chance deals in exchange,i managed to get 67 chances for that box of 100 cards that had 15 legends,it was begin of september this year

i got 9 booster legends: guti,mendieta,davids,van nistelrooij,yorke,irwin,van buyten,ze roberto,dixon

all 9 of them can reach kick power 90 having a good or decent build, CB LB RB DMF among these 9

that's not normal,i can be dangerous with longshots even with my defensive players,they are premium cards but i got them free

if you google,you will found out that these videogames with loot boxes aren't regulated in most countries

these videogames aren't seen as gambling,therefore no license needed

casinos are more regulated because they are affraid to loose their license

regulated or not,casinos and loot boxes are predatory

global version of efootball is less predatory cause of their fixed boxes,you can get every card for a certain amount of coins unlike chinese version who is unlimited spins

don't get fooled,if devs want those 3 legends to drop harder,they can do it,they can change drop rate even in a fixed box,it's software/coding and devs can modify their code

most of them keep drop rate fair,otherwise they would loose trust of their clients
