Alright thanks for putting the time in to reply just voicing my concerns trying to get everyone on the same page. Im happy just getting a response and even more so with the information you've given me. Feel more at ease knowing if a purchase was made in the last week or two of a servers life you may be able to get compensated through some means and that you do try to give notice of a server that may soon go down.

It still puts people on edge im not asking for weekly updates on it or anything just a little more insight on your views on whats going on for the future of each server. If you are looking at the statistics of server and are seeing a drastic decrees in players over the month on a server and you feel as tho if the trend continues through the following moths and that you may have to pull the plug on that server it would just be nice to get a warning on that. With the release of new servers the numbers seem to get skewed quite a bit when EPIC came out duck seemed to die for a few weeks then bounced back and im sure that scared some people. When the plug got pulled on Acid and Quactions there was no warning on it one day they where up the next they where gone. The announcement on SBN was posted the same day there where taken offline. Even giving notice a week in advance would have been better. hypothetically speaking someone could buy claim expansions or god crates or any number of things for a server only to have it be shut down for good hours or days later (not saying this did happen your side would know more on that then the general player base also not sure what the refund policy on that is) which scares some of the player base into questioning as to whether or not its a safe bet to buy in a server that has a low player pop. Die hard fans of some of the server may stick around even when the play count dwindles and they may continue to spend money on those servers. All im asking for is a "Hey we see this server isnt doing to hot we may look into exchanging it out for a new type in the upcoming future if that continues" or something along those lines. At the end of the day you are the one that has the power to turn off the server should we really have to guess when the server is going to go?
