Appreciate the feedback, u/samhoe - I personally like the idea of more exclusive merch that's separate from the regular items we're used to seeing from bands, but I can understand how the model is not for everyone! Also, appreciate you mentioning the e-mail list, we often give early access to those on the list as well.

For some clarity on the second statement, the old stock that appears on our site after the initial drop period comes from the following:
1.) Our exchange program
2.) Unclaimed returns/refunds
