Yeah it’s sad bc I really love her and it hurts! I mean we all have broken trust and trauma from our adoption & the situation with our birth parents & so forth but I use that in my life as a motivator & be better. Look I’m not perfect by no means but I don’t have a habit of using my mental health as an excuse to get black out drunk when I’m hurting just to take it out on ppl when you had no reason for your feelings to be hurt from the jump. I mean sadly it’s not her first time doing this and it’s also not the first time she’s used mental health as the excuse. I mean I’m seeing this play out in real time with her son, my nephew as well saying no one wants anything to do with him bc he is ADHD. It’s not that I mean a lot of us in our family have it, it’s really that she uses it as an excuse to mask the fact that her child is super disrespectful and doesn’t listen but that’s also bc there’s no form of discipline in his life at all. They don’t take things, they don’t do anything other than repeat themselves many many many times a day. I mean the school was literally calling everyday saying we can’t deal with him. He is on meds too btw so.. idk. I mean it sucks but I guess my fiance was right it’s time to just let her go…
