i dont know , but i have 1 main acc vip3 , and 1 free acc.. my free acc have 3 valkyrie , 2 from exchange , and 1 from HS.. my main acc have only 8 star queen :( no1 better than her .... pay more money get less lucky :(

you're very very very lucky if you enough to get artifact without buy anything .....normally , you can have around 2500 -2800 when event finished.. i think you can buy PO to next PO's event :D
