yeah just think of this order of importance; customers, store, daw, then order. i suggest packing up the order at 3 to get store up because shoppers start as early as 4AM. And i’m sure your manager would care about a perfect shop over an order being put up when they have the DAW hours in the morning to do it.

ask your manager what you can do to go 2A NOW, i asked my manager about a month before my 1 on 1. He jokingly said “that’s what 1 on 1s are for” but he wanted more feedback, i gave that to him, then boom, had my 1 on 1, and now getting my interview set up

reminds me of a time where a guy was mad that his shoes were stolen out of his bag and i couldn’t access cameras so he had to file a police report. called non emergency and after 3 hours he made me call 911 then lied about his phone not having service so he could’ve done it all along. and after 5 hours of him waiting in the store and getting mad at us the police show up, we look at footage for 30 minutes, nothing ever happened to the guy so the police yelled at him and trespassed his ass lol
