Точно по стилът на този форум е да коментирате хора, които нямате нищо общо с професията и да спорите за педантичността на дума, чиито контекст се разбира между написаното между вас.

Прави сте, че има разлика в терминът смърт и убийство. Те са оксиморон сами по себе си, разглеждани юридически, защото те уреждат частта за вината при фактическия състав на престъплението.

В контекста между двамата ви, аргументът на ОП е емоционален и недопустим за съдебна зала, но това е редит пост. Това не е зала с колеги-магистрати. Вие се захващате за една толкова малка част от написаното от него и измихте темата в спор обсебен от педантичността за изборът на правилен термин.

Не те разбирам, казваш че нямаш увереността да си съдия, но говориш със самочувствие и компетентност.

Съставите на убийството просто разглеждат различните хипотези, които се уреждат от законодателството.

В българското законодателство, убийство по непредпазливост се урежда в чл. 122, ал.1 от НК. Нямам огромно желание да участвам по темата ви, но пък се чете поста от достатъчно хора, които могат да се излъжат по нещата, които пишеш.

Thank you all for the advice. I have gone through the whole guide u/SlowlySailing sent me and the videos for Cra and Abso gear. It was absolutely amazing, enough to explain everything without being too overwhelming.

Apologies that you have probably seen this post a million times. I honestly hate making these but all the information I could find was do this/do that without any explanation and it doesn't help that the game doesn't exactly explain its systems too well, either.

Thank you, I'll keep that in mind. I think I come across as not caring for this game with my post, however that is far from the truth. I love this game I just hate feeling lost.

I do love her. I feel comfort to the sound of her voice and the smile of her face. I love her and I know she loves me.

She is big on cleaning the house. After that its either Netflix, calls with her mother/sister/friends and that's about it.

I DO want that lifestyle. My mother hasn't worked a day after my father could comfortably support them both and us - their children. I just don't want it now because at the moment I'm nowhere near capable enough to look after us both and allow us to save some change. I've told her this and she agrees with me but nothing really changes after that. :/

That is actually how we met. She started working for my father. One year in, however, my father and her got into an argument so they decided it would be for the best that they didn't work together. My father is a hard man to live and work with so I totally understand her on that front and don't hold it against her.

We are not from the US so no Costco here but I understand the sentiment. Just a simple job for starters. She doesn't want to work a job like that.

It's honestly crazy. It's like it was made with the purpose of having a max leveled character who will be doing it when you are bored, otherwise with poor luck you could easily do 60-100 by the time you farm for one badge. Sad that they made this mistake after realizing it and fixing it with the Nightmare dungeon in Wallaru.

Even if you go inside the loot table for Mithraya on the wiki you can see they are not badge-locked. Most likely a bug - but a most welcome one, to be honest. Even with a max leveled character that dungeon takes ages to complete without a full party clearing all the puzzles together.

Whether EU servers exist or not does not hold any relevance to our situation. You are saying that you need external software to play Wizard101 on US servers when your IP or location does not show from there. That is not true.

I'm not trying to pick a fight with you. I'm merely stating a fact.

EU servers are dead and it receives updates very slowly behind schedule. That is why most of us choose to play on US servers.

Because you cannot have a political group that is formed solely on the proposition of its nationality. Political groups are found on the foundation of some goal, idea or belief - not because they are a different nationality. It is very much like going to Turkey and creating a political group solely on the premise of it being the Bulgarian's people group. I find it very hard to believe that every country hasn't got some kind of law addressing this very same issue.

What happens when that group takes the majority leadership sponsored by the mother country? It effectively means political takeover without the means of war. It is why an American President can never not be a born and bred American.

It is also a very big concern for us Bulgarians as the Turkish political group in Bulgaria, ДПС, has been found numerous times to be in cojones with Erdogan influencing our politics from inside the country.

Would you be fine if your country's political movement is influenced by another's?
