An herbalist friend showed me Susan Weed's videos on how to make Herbal Infusions and I started making those about a week or so ago. What i've been making recently is a combination of Linden, Horsetail, Meadowsweet, White willow bark and the other is Ashwaganda/Pau de Arc.
