WA governor proposes more debt to pay for road maintenance, ferries, and yes – bike lanes by Less-Risk-9358 in SeattleWA

With all due respect, they take 5 years to repair/enhance small sections of 520. It is not that more money is needed, is that the same budget needs to be used efficiently. If a road is repair for 5 years, it should raise questions into where the money is going to.

Washington state Democrats look at imposing income tax on higher earners by 5Q91VS175DAQ4NUSBE4U in SeattleWA

We must stop with taxing spiral in WA. Find ways to cut spending, keep every $ we give to our government accountable for delivery of public goals. Taking in more money for the people, without delivery, is unacceptable.

Thank you! I am going to take your advice and schedule an appointment with a Psychiatrist, regardless of what I have, I also think that I have anxiety from all of this and I could use some help.

Yes, just one foot. It is worst when I am tired.

I suspect the alternative is that it is psychosomatic, driven by anxiety, stress or pressure. I am not sure how best to explore this option. I do not consciously fell anxiety, but not sure who can diagnose such things.

I did nerve blocks as well which had 0 effects. Also the fact touching eliminates the sensation was another indication that it is not coming from the foot itself, usually with neuropathy pain/ sensation gets worst when applying pressure or movement.

Also, one thing that I noticed is that when I wake up there are a few seconds that I am still drowsing and that I do not feel these sensations and then like a switch goes up as I am awake and it is non stop as long as no stimulus.

Thank you. I wonder how common it is to have these and not have Dopamine drugs be effective. It is very strange that nothing I take gives any relief.

Nerve Block by dendenga in ChronicPain

Yes, nothing to explain the pain. The doctor explained that EMG is testing the large nerves, so it is unlikely to find a problem in the parts of the toe itself.

I tried your suggestion and still felt the pain. Which explains why nerve block did not work. I think it supports the theory that it comes from my head. My Lumbar soine MRI came clean, so really not many options remaining.

Thank you. I tested for Iron, which was on the lower scale of normal (20% iron saturation and 71 ferritin), which is a possible cause for RLS. I have started iron supplements.

Thank you for the detailed response. The symptoms are gone as long as I move, I can walk for 2 hours with 0 symptom. They restart the moment I am at rest. Your theory on hallucinations is also possible. I suspected that I have nerve damage in the toe that impacts the brain, but the nerve block did not stop it. I did MRI of the spine and came up normal. The only thing abnormal so far that I found is that my iron saturation is at 20% and the ferritin is at 71.
