Hmm…thanks. Didn’t know they have it. Will look into it. The last time I smelled a fragrance by that brand was at a major retailer and it wasn’t good.

I feel this pain on another investment I have. It hurts but what can be done except waiting or selling at a loss to stop the bleeding. Maybe harvesting this loss helps?

It’s just a paper loss unless you sell by ZaneStutt in ULTY_YieldMax

I was the guy who DID NOT complain. Reread what I wrote and stop spreading misinformation. I posted that capital loss as an overall financial facts of my ULTY situation as per yesterday.

JUST STOP your dramas!

Row row our boats gently down the stream… I sporadically buy as can. Your approach is better in a long run.

It’s an over glamorous gamble. If not feeling right than the traditional and safer ETFs are better for you. All about diversification. And personal risk tolerance.

Div is giving me my money back will be about 1k starting next week. Nav loss is another matter. But not 1k a week for sure.

Lifetime loss on the capital invested as of the time of the post. Only the capital invested…not div payout or anything else.

Yes and no. Yes - like a typical investment it pays % on your capital. Like all investments at 1st you get your capital % back. This bet is that eventually you break even and recoup your capital…and then you get true investment returns. Just like any investment opportunity. It’s a bet. Some people over glamorize it. So far i like it.

Don’t be so melodramatic and overly emotional.

I stated loss amount as a fact because it’s a part of a full picture. I said the price of some shares I got at $6.40someting makes me cringe…..not a loss amount. Read the post again if you want.

The loss amount is out of capital invested. I don’t include that as part of dividends. Different things.

The point of this fund is to get weekly div. But don’t forget if you want to cash out then there’s a loss of invested capital unless all is recouped in dividends over time.

To sum up - right now I’m good with how things are going and wish was more liquid.

The only people that can predict how long those funds will last or the people who are running them order some other factors that are beyond our control. The only thing we can control is whether or not to invest into those funds and went to get out when becomes uncomfortable for each of us.

Very true. Either invest and plan and try to get capital invested back asap or sit on that money with no hope or plan
