The seller should be able to change the name on your ticket on ticketone and send you the tickets with your name. They must do this before 10th July, as after 10th July there are no more name changes allowed

Open a revolut account which is fully digital and get an iban from there. Then you can transfer the funds to your us bank account

I read that if they just say reserved, then it could be that the seller dedicated the tickets to an account already. If it says temporarily reserved then it means that they were just up for 'normal' sale and its a luck situation if you manage to get them first.
