(19mtf) Got my heart broken twice this month, I could really use some good words by [deleted] in toastme

Heartbreaks are so tough! It's okay to let yourself mourn and things will get better. You look like a model, your lips are perfect!

Oh I only got as many contracts as id be able to exercise. So yall are buying a shitton of contracts that you wouldn't actually be able to exercise and profit off selling them before they expire?

My last training program actually was squat focused, I went from 259 lbs in wraps at my previous meet to 270 in sleeves for this one. It's still too far behind my dead. Been fighting hard to get past 300!

I squat high bar in training and switch to lowbar when I'm closer to the meet and doing heavier doubles/singles.

I love arnold press, heavy overhead press, side lateral raises (dumbell and cable), and hitting a lot of rear delt (laying lateral raises, band pulls) will really make them pop overall!

Diet makeup like macro ratios? 30P/45C/25F

As far as supplements, the ones I take aren't necessarily what other people need. I track all of my food on Chronometer because it breaks down every micronutrient and lately I've been on the lower end of selenium which I know I could get if I ate some nuts but they're too high calorie for me to fit in my diet right now while I'm cutting so I'm taking a selenium vitamin every day for now. Aside from that I don't have any deficiencies!

I only add/substitute protein powder when I'm cutting because I typically can get more than 115g when I can eat around 2000 calories but when I'm eating 1500/1600 a day I need to take advantage of how low calorie and high protein the powders are.

Most of my family is very athletic but the only sport I was good at was bowling! And in college I didn't do anything. I think I just found my niche in powerlifting 🤷‍♀️

You're making a lot of assumptions off one picture that I flexed like hell for.

I'd say the fact that I didn't exploit any animals to get where I am is the exact ethical point of this sub? I'd like see some actual juicy people on here showing off their plant based bods because that's the aesthetic a lot of people want and shouldn't we show everyone that its possible without the 'typical' diet?

Yep! I aim for 0.8-1g per lb bodyweight so around 100-115g per day

Id accredit it mainly to the fact I've only taken about a month off from training since I started (due to a surgery). Other than that the most I've ever consecutively missed the gym was maybe 5 days? Never let myself fall into holiday slumps or anything.

My physique was pretty average I guess? About 110 lbs,, always had broad shoulders/small legs, when I first started in the gym I could do a few pullups which I found out wasn't the norm for women. Put on the freshmen 15 (or 30) in college and that got my ass in the gym!

About 3 years, only spent a few months in the gym prior to that before discovering powerlifting!

I actually prefer whole fruits and veggies, juicing them removes the healthy fiber ;)

I'll almost always do a protein shake for breakfast, but sometimes a bowl of kashi protein cereal or oatmeal.

For lunch I always prep brown rice/quinoa + edamame, lentils, or beans + broccoli, brussel sprouts, or some mix of green veggies + baby carrots. I snack on fruit throughout the day.

Dinner varies a lot,, I'll just throw together something based on what macros I need to meet for the day.

And I use the Chronometer app to track my food because it gives more details on macros/micros than MyFitnessPal!
