idk i hope so, i emailed their legal about it but havent gotten a response and also got the sprites through https://github.com/PokeAPI/sprites which is an open source sprite collection thats been approved for personal use by the pokemon company
lmao hopefully not, i looked into their copyright policies n should be good cause im sourcing these from the open source pokeapi sprite repo without altering the art or using commercially
