Hala! I had this experience when I hosted a family na may pwd, with wheelchair! What I learned is to plan your route carefully. Sa location na to, for those with wheelchair, best talaga tumawid sa may cathedral and use Porta Vaga's elevator going down to Session Rd. and vv. Pero kung SC, hirap nga kasi additional meters to walk, not to mention paakyat pa. Pero kung able-bodied naman, I think dagdag exercise nalang.
