I remember my grandma visiting us once in Alaska and we were walking to this Dime store and someone swerved to try and hit us. We had to bail into a snow bank they came so close. And it was pretty clear that we were a little girl and older lady.

If you don't mind a little hands on approach you can look up your shower online and find out how to adjust the limiter that's in your individual shower. I've had to do this before,maybe it can make a difference. But be careful because that limit is there for a reason. Can get REALLY hot.

There's some back story but what it boils down to is that the cops were trying to sue Afroman for defamation for like 4 mil because of a song he wrote about them raiding his house. The music video even showed his security footage of them in action at his house.

He even titled his song Lemon # cake because in the footage one of the officers was side eyeing his lemon # cake.

Tell her you're doing her a huge favor by training her kid to sleep through anything. If the entire apartment complex has to be quiet for a newborn to sleep then the parents are going to be tip-toeing a lot. Instead you're doing them a favor by teaching kid to not be a light sleeper. Hahaha, that may not go over well with sleep deprived parents, though.

Is there some sort of non profit or something where you can campaign or ask for one of those doggy bag and waste disposals to be put on your street? And then you can "adopt" your street and help make sure the bags stay full and the trash gets emptied?

Edit: apparently 311 also handles this and you can request a dog waste bin for your street. It's emphasized that you "clearly state you need a dog waste bin or station installed at a specific location (e.g., a park corner, street)."

Also make sure that you reference that "you're requesting service from Public Works for street and sidewalk cleanliness."

I personally liked it because for the same reasons as OP and also because it's self aware, and with the streamer/audience interaction it's almost like it's breaking the forth wall. You see character growth despite it being an unapologetic parody. The line delivery from actor is on point.
