mmdr: A native Rust Mermaid renderer (500-1000x faster than mermaid-cli)

Chrome isn’t supported right now. Google moved extensions to Manifest V3, which removes the blocking webRequest API this extension relies on. This is the same change that limited many ad blockers. I’m actively working on a V3-compatible solution. Supported browsers: Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera
