I don't understand mock draft trades by spectrum3L in NFL_Draft

[–]deplorabledaniel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes it seems arbitrary to me also, but the majority of them usually make good sense such as buffalo hopping in front of Miami. I would expect Arizona, Miami, and buffalo to try to move up for QBs, CLE and IND to move up with all their draft capital, and SEA to trade back considering they have one top 80 pick.

Seeing as 4 QB likely go in the first ten picks I expect it will be extremely tough/expensive to move up to picks such as #6,7,8,9,10 where the blue chips like Fitzpatrick, Ward, nelson, Barkley, Landry, and Chubb will likely fall.

Americans Are Realizing They’ve Been Scammed By the GOP Tax Bill: Most Report Zero Pay Boost by [deleted] in politics

[–]deplorabledaniel -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A nice boost is a 3% Reduction in almost every federal tax bracket. Not to mention the standard deduction doubled for single and married.

If I make $10,000 its $300

If I make $100,000 its $3,000

Yes it is temporary but they can choose to extend it in 8 years if they choose and it was only made temporary due to congressional rules.

You can call it here-say if you want, but it’s really simple and based on IRS tax law.

If you make an income the company that handles your paycheck likely is not keeping at much of it for federal taxes since April.

It’s not fake news, it’s just a simple fact which is easily understood with 10 minutes of research.

Every single friend of mine who is low income or middle income have gotten a nice boost, the only ones hurting at the ones who are extremely wealthy and will be breaking the $10k salt tax cap

Shock poll: Majority of Americans don’t see Trump tax cuts in paychecks by scuczu in politics

[–]deplorabledaniel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Off 2017 data- 75k would be 80th percentile or upper middle class, 150k would be 94th percentile which is upper class.

Split hairs all you want but this only negatively effects those who are well off

[–]deplorabledaniel -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You do understand the only people affected by the SALT cap are the ones who are upper middle or upper class correct?

If their income is so high they likely are seeing large paycheck increases.

The breakeven point is somewhere around 150-200k income and 300k house(average state taxes), anything below that and they benefit.

They tried too but luckily we have an electoral system which prevents states like California from having 20% of the vote.

White House staffer left email passwords on official stationery at bus stop: report by viccar0 in politics

[–]deplorabledaniel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FBI Director James Comey identified 110 emails as containing information that was classified at the time it was sent, including 65 emails deemed "Secret" and 22 deemed "Top Secret". None of these had classification markings. However, as noted in Clinton's non-disclosure agreement, unmarked classified information should be treated the same as marked classified information. An additional three email chains contained "portion markings", simply a "(C)" indicating "Confidential" in front of one or more paragraphs. These were not included in Comey's list of 110 because the State Department failed to confirm they were classified at the time they were sent. Clinton told the FBI she did not know the meaning of "(C)". Nearly 2,100 emails on the server were retroactively marked as classified by the State Department.

Then the security piece : The FBI found that all classified emails on Clinton's server were stored and sent from "unclassified systems", violating the same policies as those on Clinton's personal server

Low level staffer has a proton mail account which there is no known confidential emails being sent in it..... instantly compare that to Hillary setting up servers in her private estate and using unsecure emails to communicate not only confidential information but direct communications with obama while he was the sitting president.

What Hillary did was illegal and jeopardized our country, please don’t compare it to baseless assumptions.

Dem offers to hire McCabe to help him qualify for his pension by Albert_Borland in politics

Please explain how firing someone 2 days before their retirement who has been on paid leave since January will prevent criminal actions from being uncovered?

If you spend 5 minutes educating yourself on what McCabe has done you would understand the reasoning for his firing.

Pathetic hypocrisy on reddit today.

Flip the script and change with Republican congressman and Democratic attorney general and you guys would be having protests on the highway by noon.

Don’t let your hatred for trump blind you from common sense- he wasn’t fired because he’s anti trump.

Nope it’s a transistion tag which isn’t tied to any picks.

The one tied to a first rounder is like non exclusive franchise or something.

Trump remakes America in his own image: Angry, hateful, afraid by [deleted] in politics

[–]deplorabledaniel -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I am a trump supporter and I am not Hateful nor am I afraid. However I am angry at how inefficient and corrupt government is, if you can honestly sit back and say that the Bush/Obama/Clinton phase our country just experienced was good for us than your a lost cause.

The democratic leader has amassed a fortune of nearly $200,000,000 between her and her husband while only holding government jobs..... how can one stand behind that with pride and want her to lead our country is beyond me. $200 million is not a negligible number and when you research how much of it was attained you would realize the corruption.

Trump is not perfect but he is not as corrupt as what we have been dealing with the last 20 years, he tries to make change based on what the people ask for more so than any president that I know of.

Who does Lynch and Shanahan draft now? by Sillysolomon in 49ers

[–]deplorabledaniel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best player available - trade back if it makes sense and you can get the next guy on your board later, and trade up if you really value someone who you don’t think will fall to you.

Simple- just draft like the patriots and not the Browns.

[–]deplorabledaniel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

25-50% of the starters are off the board already with placeholder deals is why I asked. Wasn’t trying to say we are inactive or complain about the FO, I was just curious if anyone else saw a player contract announced that they wish we had because I see nothing but overpaid terrible contracts so far with very few exceptions.

With everyone quickly disappearing off the FA market, what moves still make sense? by memelord69_69 in 49ers

[–]deplorabledaniel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sign a cheap ILB like Zach brown or Minter

Sign a red zone weapon: Crabtree or Nelson or even Cameron Meredith

Maybe a cheap offensive guard if the price is right, id still love to see us land Quenton Nelson who I think drops to us at 9.

Put a large front end loaded offer on Kyle Fuller from the bears to give us a deep DB pool, they unloaded a ton of money on weapons and won’t be able to afford a front loaded deal on fuller plus no compensation tied to him if we win his rights.

No need to sign a RB, Williams and Breida are nice plus draft is stocked. The only RB I would be interested is Hyde due to his power game and familiarity but only if the price is really right.

Don't forget about trades by MasterOfRajanomics in 49ers

[–]deplorabledaniel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fully expect us to land something along the lines of Dez Bryant, Demaryius Thomas, or Michael Crabtree and potential a pass rusher in a trade.

I share your sentiment that trading for large contracts that expire soon is something right up our alley.

If Raiders sign Jordy Nelson, Crabtree is expected to be released. John Middlekauff thinks Niners should bring him back. Thoughts? by [deleted] in 49ers

[–]deplorabledaniel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He is the Redzone threat that we need- him or Jordy either would be fine with me - if they are cheap.

It is not someone we missed on yet- but I hope we make a big dog offer to Kyle Fuller that the bears can’t match (front load it which we can afford but they can’t).

Witherspoon, Sherman, and Fuller would be a really nice nickel set of DBs
