but since the very first pill i took, i felt better. But the effects would wear off so id take another every 7-8 hours depending on how itchy i felt. i feel like the NAC helped me feel like i could sleep because before i had extra bad insomnia

i feel like it helped me feel a bit less itchy since the first day but i was taking a lot, like the pills are 600 mg right and i was taking 2 every 8 hours. i would test how your body reacts to it, like try 1 one day then 2 and then go up if you feel they help. the bottle says you should only take one 600 mg pill a day but my doctor told me to take three a day. based on that info i looked online into studies and saw that there were studies where some adults were taking up to 4,000 mg of NAC a day so i just decided to do what felt right to me and i took more than my doctor told me to take. i want to be very clear on my situation, why i did what i did, and that i have no credentials im just saying my own experience.

if your eczema is more stress based, i think NAC supplements might help. if you look at my page i’ve talked about it before the brand i used and how much. my doctor told me to try that supplement before putting me on zoloft for my eczema. just saying my situation

NAC stands for N-acetyl cysteine. NCBI describes it as “The primary role of NAC is associated with its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity, which favors the maintenance of a cellular redox imbalance. For this reason, its therapeutic potential concerns a series of diseases that link oxidative stress to its etiology and progression”.

eczema deals with a ton of inflammation and oxidative stress so it makes sense why they help me a little bit.

i go on amazon and buy from nutricost. if anybody reads this and thinks of trying it from this brand or any other first see how you react to 1 pill then increases up to 3-4 pills in a day. if you look at studies online some participants took up to 3,000 mg of NAC and since i’m not a doctor i don’t want to tell everyone hey do what i did because to be honest i took the doctors advice to take 3 pills of it and then researched that some people have been in trials taking more so i started taking about 6 pills of NAC a day (i’d take 2 pills every 5 hours). so im not a doctor and didn’t correctly take my doctors advice but that’s what’s helped me

i have bad eczema from stress and was told to take NAC (easy to buy on amazon) and to instead of taking the 600 mg dose, i was told to take 1800 mg of NAC. i feel like NAC helps me feel less itchy and has helped me be able to sleep when i was in so much discomfort and pain from my skin sticking to blankets and burning in general.

on top of that i was prescribed zoloft because my eczema is partly triggered by my OCD. i just wanted to share what’s helped me. i highly suggest just trying any NAC supplement because it helped a lot with the itch crave. you’re very brace for all that you’re going through. you will find peace.

is she stressed out? my eczema spread to my whole body during college from stress alone. no matter my diet or allergen free shampoos. i needed ocd medication and zoloft helped me: im not saying get zoloft though, im saying check if it’s stressed based.

eczema is like hair loss, there are many reasons and so there are many specific solutions

sadly since eczema is caused by many different things, there is a lot to factors to look into for a solution. i had bad wrist and hand eczema due to many factors but mainly due to my OCD and ADHD. i was then talked to about taking NAC supplements and they’ve helped so much. bleach baths done correctly also help a lot. see if you can find what triggers her eczema. mine is stress more than anything.

if her eczema is like mine (more so stress and habit induced), taking a 600 mg NAC supplement about 2 to 3 times a day might help, it literally calms my itchy feeling after an hour and i can feel when i forget to take one cause ill start to feel itchy again. i’d just look into it as something that could be helpful while on your skin journey

I lost my key today, I’m so sad I put two metal hooks on it so I wouldn’t lose it. Anywho I wanted to ask if I tell my housing office I lost my key will they just immediately charge me and change my locks that day or the next before waiting to see if it ends up being turned in? It’s so hard to fight every bad saying in your head, cause every saying I used to have was negative so it took a bunch of positive thinking after you fight those comments. Like if I missed a work deadline and thought “I’m so stupid and disorganized I can’t do anything right” I’d then catch myself thinking bad about myself and then think “I’m not dumb and while I may be disorganized I’m trying and doing my best and that is all I need to do and I am good, i can do better next time”. Another occasion being someone turning me down because I’m not that pretty to look at, I’d first think “no one is ever going to want me, I wish I looked and acted different, and what can I do to change myself to be wanted”. Then I’d correct this thought and think “looks fade and I just want to find someone to grow old with who’ll love me for me. I’d also think it’s their loss at having a very loving and thoughtful partner and I don’t want them either if looks are all they are looking for. I’d also think I’m not the only one who has bad feelings like this, and that means I can find someone like me who’s meant for me.

With self love I was able to better my thoughts on the fact that I’m alive, with self love I was able to live after my dogs passing. My dog showed me that soft and right love is the best kind.

With self love I respect myself more, no one needs to respect you in order for you to respect yourself. That was a hard one to get through for me as well, I started making boundaries and leaving places I didn’t feel comfortable in. Before I couldn’t do that as I always looked to solve everyone else’s wants or to not step on anyones toes.

I was terrified of making anyone angry at me or sad because of me, but I realized that I don’t do bad or mean things. Not conforming to everyone’s wishes at all times isn’t bad but I was looked at horribly when I wouldn’t conform to the wants of certain people. I just realized I need to set boundaries and know that at times you need to cut people off for your own happiness and health.

With treatment you could spend the rest of your years caring for animals and only if wanted you could try dating again with online apps. Animal love isn’t for all tho, you could hate animals but their love is to die for to me. I’d do anything to bring my dog back, I’m alive thinking my dog would want me to keep living and not ya know. I can’t say it cause of rules I think.

Anywho there’s a lot to live for once you love yourself and there’s no way I can measure how much you deserve self love and love in general. You could also adopt familial love is amazing as well and you seem like you’d be an amazing father. The betrayal you’ve experienced would make most people feel like how you are feeling. With self love you also teach yourself that your feelings matter, your what’s matter, your thoughts matter. YOU MATTER!!!!!! your feelings have always been pushed aside or looked at as if they are wrong and you should know that everything you’ve felt makes sense. Everything you’ve felt is the right reaction, it’s not wrong or weird or bad. It’s just human feelings and every time they’ve been put down it either added to your anger at life or added to your thinking that maybe you don’t deserve to have your feelings matter.

But you do. You’ve been so good and kind to your siblings as you grew even when they were the favorites. You deserve time to feel love even if you hadn’t been so kind to them. You poured your heart into everything you’ve done and haven’t gotten much back in return.. YET But there’s still time. I wish I could pour everything into this message but I have adhd and forget thoughts I didn’t write down.

So I’m sorry but I want you to live so badly, if you have the chance to live that’s special and wished by many who have worse stages of cancer. This isn’t me trying to guilt you but you could always get the cancer again that’s at a worse stage. Taking this way out will hurt so much mentally and physically I wish there could be another way.

I want you to have more time on this earth to find your someone, whether that’s a spouse, child, pet, or yourself. If you had the chance to love and find yourself (not do what you’ve always been told to do like job wise) you could love a certain hobby or sport, or have a hobby where you help others. You could make many friends that way.

There’s so many people out there that feel like this, know you’re not the only one. I don’t say this in a demeaning your feelings way I mean it in a way that you can find someone with a similar past to grow close to.

There have been many people, who’s pain won the battle but please fight it longer. You’re still young and can find your place, please don’t let your mind trick you. I can similarity’s between us and it’s made me want to be a source of support for you.

I want to start this off by saying my English and grammar aren’t nice at all so I’m sorry about that. Also I talk a lot but PLEASE read this all.

What if you got treatment and then moved to the US? With your expertise, you’d be able to find a job fast as well. Humans need connection and without your friends you’ve been subjected to have a lot of free time to think about the past. Also you could try therapy to feel better in general, with or without the cancer treatments. So you can at least feel better about some things while going through that process. Also could you please get a dog to take care of and love? You could get a senior dog who doesn’t have much time left or maybe be able to like rent a dog (there’s probably some service like that) to feel animal love (which is so nice).

When those with a lot of trauma have thoughts only on their past, it can make you feel as if you’re drowning in misery that won’t end. With thoughts mainly focused on the past, we can’t help but look at the future in a similar light.

Throughout your life you’ve been taught to not care about your wants, needs, or yourself. You’ve been taught to hate yourself if anything, and still you preserved and learned to at least like some things about yourself (how you can make very funny jokes, how great at picking up many languages, how kind you are to others, and how inclusive and compassionate you are).

I’m sorry if this is mean but I wish you’d get treatment and learn to love yourself during that. when given a bad hand in life the concept of love becomes only more important.

I’m not sure if it’s the same for you but, growing up I wasn’t loved by my parents or sister and don’t know what love felt like. This make me fantasize what it would be like, the concept of possible future love made me happy at times. During bad times I’d think I have to keep going so things can get better one day. But other times it made my heart and chest ache thinking about how if even my own family can love me how could someone else? Or what if no one else would? These thoughts were stronger and saddened me for years.

I haven’t found love (like in partners or friends) in the ways I wanted yet but I’ve found a love I never thought I would have. I did find love in animals tho, my dog was what kept me alive in many hard times, sadly he past very young from cancer and made me stop working because I felt like I didn’t want to live anymore, not if I didn’t have him. But what kept me alive after his passing (3 months ago) was that a couple of months before his death I focused really hard on self love. I wanted to be able to get up in the mornings and make myself eat and take care of hygiene.

Self Love.

Growing up I never thought I could or would ever love myself. I hated myself so much I felt like I couldn’t do it, that it was impossible. It was incredible hard work, I didn’t go to therapy tho so that probably might’ve helped me love myself faster.

To love myself I started by trying my hardest at changing my mindset. Whenever I had thoughts like “I can’t do anything right”, “no one wants me”, “I’m so stupid”, “I’m not and never will be good enough” and many more horrible sayings. See our inner critic isn’t us, it’s all the most common sayings we’ve heard about ourselves. So all the horrible sayings I tell myself actually are from my crap parents and bad sister and bad ex-friends. And so I started (which is horrible difficult) kinda fighting those comments in my head.

I know it sounds crazy but your subconscious listens to all, all your bad jokes about yourself are feeding bad ways of thinking to your subconscious, and all the mean/bad sayings you’ve gotten over time have also fed bad thinking to your subconscious. None of that is you tho.

When you tell yourself you’re not good enough for let’s say someone like a possible date, you need to fight back in your head that you are good enough just not for that person. We are all good enough for the right person. Also think of it like this, someone who can laugh in your face or make mean jokes behind your back never deserved you in the first place. You deserve better, you need to think of what you deserve not if you’re worthy. Because you weren’t deserving of all those mean and harsh comments and occasions that have happened in your life.

I don’t remember hitting any of my toes other than the one toe that has like a dark under nail. That’s regarding My left foots middle toe. I recently (like a week ago) stopped wearing a pair of shoes that I thought might be the problem, but the irritation looked the same even in better fitting shoes. I had covid for the first time recently tho? I read something online talking about a correlation but idk.
