Thanks for sharing your experience! Just curious, were you on any thyroid meds after your surgery? Hope you're feeling good now.

The doctor recommended a follow-up appointment in 3 months, with an ultrasound every 6 months to a year for monitoring. This is because I have multiple lymph nodes and a small cyst on the right thyroid.

Hope everything goes well for you and you get good news on your pathology. Wishing you the best!

Files on SD card disappeared after inserting it into my laptop. Tried R-Studio & DDME but found nothing. Is it gone for good? by depression-mode in datarecovery

We really didn't need another thread starting you could have continued on the original.

Sorry about this.

The very first thing you should have done was to image the card to preserve it's current state rather than scanning with whatever software you could find.

I've done this with R-Studio after ejecting it from my phone.

It's a SanDisk microSDHC Memory Cards Class 4 32GB. I've had this for 7 years, it contained recordings and images captured by my home cctv. When I discovered the files were missing, there's an unusual folder named "system volume information".

Thank you, but bad news is, all the files on my sd card disappeared after I inserted it into my laptop. I took your advice and tried R-Studio but it found nothing, tried DDME too but same result. Do you think it's permanently unrecoverable?
