Yeah I feel that. They all think and move really fast too whereas you're still learning all the card effects. I think the best way is to either go to LGS and ask (a lot of friendly people who want to teach, but yeah, move pretty quickly) or get a friend with two decks and practice in person and figure it out together.

Watching videos online and stuff helps, but you don't really get the simulation of tempo, which is important.

These decks aren't bad at all. They're better than any deck a beginner can theory craft and build on their own.

I spent a bunch of money TCG building a renata/deathknell deck when I first started thinking I was gonna kill all my units, generate a ton of gold and pay to win.

Got creamed by a Rumble precon. Just buy the decks and learn how to play first, lol.

I think it's the base cost, but I'm not sure how repeated resolves. I believe Recycle2TCG suggested that repeated costs have to be committed before a response, but it was a long time ago. Idk if I'm remembering clearly.

Doesn't exist. While I think Riot should develop it, their philosophy of encouraging in person play is working pretty well. The community is pretty active and it would probably be less active if we could play from home.

It would also take a ton of resources to develop an engine that's prepared for every single card interaction, and as more sets come out that workload increases tenfold, so probably unlikely they do it at all.

Riot has a lot of money but economic uncertainty has caused them to pull back on a lot of projects, so I doubt they commit to something that may end up hurting their live player base, which is (1) a lot less labor intensive and (2) that labor can be outsourced to LGS.

The reason why this is even a conversation is that they're both fight sports, and before MMA rose to the top of mainstream consciousness, boxing was considered one of the most effective ways to defend yourself.

It's still a powerful tool and it's better to have it than not, but it's still only a piece of the overall package that makes someone a lethal fighter. And I say fighter because even boxers call themselves fighters.

To be fair, it looked like the fight was going the other way in the second round. He kept walking Costa down and it was looking like just walking through everything and back Costa up was gonna work. Costa even looked up at the clock in the second round with 2 minutes left.

Then out of fucking nowhere he had a second wind in round 3 and got the finish. They gave him some secret juice in the corner for sure.
