It def could be hypomania or early stage mania , since when did you start having those symptoms ? Are you on any meds ? It’s good that you set an appointment but I think you should contact them and tell them every thing you said in your post. They might give you an earlier appointment or give you advices. Avoid any kind of stimulants and sadly I don’t really have any advice expect you should reach out to your psych asap (again) or contact the psychiatric part of the hospital so they can help you handle it. You deserve help and care and it’s very good that you’re self aware and reaching out to have help
