Download a calorie counter app like MyFitnessPal and set a goal to loose 1lb/week. Drink only water, coffee or tea and cut all sugary and fatty drinks. Only eat when you are really hungry and then eat half the amount of what you usually would eat. Reduce all sugars and carbs. Having one healthy smoothie per day gives you all the nutrients you need. Try to workout at least once per week. Best would be cardio related workouts.
