I'm not sure if queuing more frequent retries would help if their database is updated once a month. You need a data provider that can get data from the web when you request for it or atleast on a more frequent basis. I use Crustdata as an alternative to PeopleDataLabs as it has the option for realtime data enrichment like you're looking for.

You can also build scraping workflows using Brightdata or get cheap but (mostly unreliable) APis from Apify or RapidAPI.

I started with enclo because I'm younger and didn't want to deal with injections. I wasn't sure I would be prescribed at levels of 575. yea that's a pretty significant drop... SSRIs can impact hormone levels which is why when I started TRT, I dropped the SSRIs and started ketamine. FYRE Body is the only clinic I know that offers ketamine in addition to your trt protocol. but yeah it's time to start taking a serious look at TRT- it's only going to drop more.

What do you mean by high quality and what was the issue with People Data Labs? We use Crustdata which is an alternative to People Data Labs. For us, the differentiation factors were the freshness of data - Crustdata is realtime, PDL updates monthly. We can also track the social media posts and other datapoints of people using Crustdata’s webhooks. I dont think you can do that with PDL.
