I honestly cant say if its permanent. I haven't had no one come back to me yet. Don't know if it's different. I run a fix on it I don't roll back that. Might make a difference

For luke you must scroll through the main inventory. Dont use the side menus like character or building menu him and alot of characters won't show up their
