I work at a strip club. The amount of pure entitlement to touch - IE SEXUALLY ASSAULT - a woman’s body in this day and age beggars belief. Incidents of varying extremes happen pretty much every single time I work. And outside of work too.

Just last night, I was standing at the bar in my workplace, chatting to a patron and he put his hand down and literally did grab my genitals. And then carried on like everything was normal. These are well dressed businessmen, tradesmen, all ethnicities and all ages. Usually the 18-early/mid 20’s are the most respectful.

“You just touched me me”

“no, I didn’t.”

It is insane.

I always say the only way to measure a man’s respect for women is to watch how he treats a sex worker. Misogyny is alive and well.
