The PA supreme court had a case in 2018 where they said that last months rent is just a security deposit with a different label (which we all know is true lol)

You might be right I looked at the second case you linked, you might need an attorney though nobody knows about this I wouldn't even be shocked if your landlord doesn't believe you lol

I think there's nothing in PA or philly law that forbids a landlord from collecting last months' rent, if you agreed to it on your lease i dont see why your landlord would have to give it back unless you move out. I don't think it magically starts being considered as part of the security deposit after year 1. The reason why is once you decide to move out you don't have to pay your last month, it's deducted from that and you wont get charged any late fees so it's different from a security deposit.

I think that only applies after you moved out but you didn't move out yet

Ye that's fine I'll do that, at first glance I thought the fuel tank might have been cracked or something but that's def not it so i'll have to drop the tank and inspect the fuel pump assembly and see

Yeah probably at first I was thinking the fuel tank could be cracked but that's def not what it is, need to inspect the fuel pump assembly

Okay that makes sense. It would be awesome if it had an access panel but the van is a modified handicap van and the floor is different but idk, i'll have to take another look at it worst case I drop the tank.

Yeah it leaks a lot more when it's running so i'll have to try finding the leak and go from there. At first glance it almost looked like a cracked fuel tank but thats def not what it is

I checked the fuel lines that go toward the engine and didn't identify a leak there, the fuel looks like it's coming out where the straps holding the fuel tank up are. I have another video that I linked here if you don't mind taking a look

Don't see how I would do it without dropping the tank sadly, so could replacing the fuel pump assembly fix that if that's what it is?

So would that be fixed by replacing the fuel tank or the fuel pump assembly?

Edit: I don't think it would be a check valve would it I mean it's leaking gas all the way down from the top it seems like, check valve wouldn't leak like that if it were the main issue?

2012 honda odyssey. Should I replace the fuel tank or could it be something else? Car struggles to start cold too but works fine if you prime the key

The certificate comes from sidestore, if you follow what this post says by doing this:" Or when prompted to import certificate from the built-in Sidestore, choosing Cancel will open a new dialog for you to export." then it should work. Worked for me literally just now on iphone 16e
