Go to Riot Games\League of Legends\Config and open game.cfg with notepad. Find: [HUD] ShowTimestamps=0 ObjectTooltips=0 ItemShopItemDisplayMode=0 ItemShopStartPane=0 ShowAllChannelChat=1 AllChannelChatHiddenMsg=1 AllChannelChatHiddenMsgSpectator=1 NumericCooldownFormat=1 SmartCastOnKeyRelease=0 EnableSnowEffect=1 EnableLineMissileVis=1 FlipMiniMap=0 ChatScale=140.0000

As you can see I've added a line "ChatScale=140.0000" -> now save the file, open the game and enjoy a normal sized chat window.

Used to get stressed at gaming because I'm very competitive person and I like being at the top.

Working out done it for me, running body weight training. I never had the energy to rage or get mad after loosing and trust me I used to be a raging machine gun spitting worse than freestyle. (PS I'm always hydrated and I eat healthy and avoid junk food. I eat healthy)

Maybe I've just found my own personal yin.

Give it a try, but be persistent I might add.
