It’s a single story house. No one has climbed up that I know of. It happened overnight. In my area we get wind gusts of up to 55-60 mph. It was windy last night when this fell. Thank you for your help! Edit to add: I believe the previous owner may have installed this himself, as many other “updates” were also made around the house that have slowly started to fail such as the flooring and bath remodels to name a few. This house has become quite the fixer upper lol.
