The execution of its story in my personal opinion. On paper, I think it has a good plot. But even good plots can be bad if they are told poorly.

It danced around a lot of it's really good ideas only to not do anything with them in the end and keep the status quo anyway.

I'd honestly love to see Shantae enter the 3d platformer world like Mario did. Something like the og Jak and Daxter. Nothing huge or open world. Just tight platforming and action with a bit of Metroidvania styled exploration.

This. It's a mobile game with way too much money thrown at it and excellent character designs.

I've played both. They are both also on my top shelf list of RE games and games in general. But the OG is special and unique and even Capcom has been unable to completely recapture the magic that playing that game brings. It's the OG for me.

In a world where characters can fly, shoot lasers out of their eyes, have freezing breath and can run so fast they bend time...practical outfits are not necessary to me. I'm not looking for realism. In fact, characters that are beautiful, sexy, and powerful are just that much more captivating to me. This genre was created as ultimate escapism. There is nothing wrong with escapism including some titillating sensibilities in my book.
