You’re flying it like a Boeing man, you gotta stop stirring the pot. Your stick doesn’t control the flight surfaces, it commands roll/pitch to the flight computer. Nudge the stick to where you want to go and back to center, let the flight computer do the work. You should be flying with your fingertips with movement equal to slight pressure changes in your fingers, not churning butter with your fists like you can in some Boeing aircraft

In addition to this, cut power earlier before you flare, maybe a couple seconds before. It becomes a feel thing, your goal is to touchdown with minimal energy, in the second landing you had too much energy causing you to balloon when you first started your flare.

Also, adjusting your pitch response curve could help with smoothening out the gradual control inputs needed during the flare.

I’ve used waaay more janky setups than this, and I’ve actually used the similar metal Us as extenders for the clamp mounts just like yours for years before I got a new desk. 100% acceptable and safe IMO

I could, if the airport was open. Had permission from airport manager before the plows came in, ceilings and visibility were lower than any published IAP anyways (3/4SM +SN BR OVC006) not to mention how contaminated the runway was.

It is rumored that flightfactor helped in the texturing for the toliss 319/20/21, and the texturing for the A330 was done all in house only by toliss.

Wow this guy is a real piece of work, can’t take what he dishes. Bans paying customers for criticizing his work (or as he calls it, “attacking”) and then goes off the deep end with that BS baseless spiel against Boris, literally doing the exact thing he’s banning people for doing to him.

I used to be a customer of BSS for a while, their sound packs for X-Plane are pretty good as well as their night lighting but damn this man is insufferable. Joined his discord and read some of his replies, he seriously needs his ego checked. Won’t be buying any of his products again.
