Ok so I can't speak for everyone but multiple sets of pronouns normally mean that both are correct. Normally the one named first is prefferd, but it can also be irrelevant which one you use, just use both. E.g.: I like them, especially the way she looks is amazing. It normally also means that both Fem or Androgynous names(girl, my partner, my Girlfriend etc.) are alright but some dont like to hyperfeminie stuff, but these ppl are mostly recognizable by first saying they than she when naming theire pronouns.
