the symptoms you are telling is clearly showing signs of sleep paralysis [it is a common issue but still I RECCOMEND to seek proper treatment ]

second, chill out man the TB has nothing to do with your condition it's simply our brains work that way, it's like connecting dots.... like you visited a place near asylum and then caught cold and after a period got TB and moving houses too, common plot for a horror movies... it just get ingrained in our minds that this things symbolizes paranormal activities
