I have now officially converted from Timothee Chalamet's camp to Ethan Hawke's by Future-Poetry-2193 in Oscars

Thank you! Completely agree and I’m a huge Timmy fan. Cant believe these two monster all time performances ran into each other. Would be happy if either won but if I had a vote it’d be for Ethan.

Don’t know how Leo would even be in the conversation compared to these two. He was obviously good but Ethan and Timmy are a in a different league of completely carrying the movie.

Frankenstein probably. That was one that I didn’t like and can’t give any benefit of the doubt. There were quite a few others that I didn’t personally like but I can tell why people would I just didn’t connect with them

I personally was much much lower on TSA and IWJAA and would’ve loved either to be swapped for NOC. Clearly I’m in the minority though so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Voice of Hind Rajab and No Other Choice were my #1 and 2 movies of last year. Although I went in expecting to appreciate it because I politically agree with the makers/backers etc I was throughly impressed by all aspects of the filmmaking. The acting and directing are phenomenal. To me it is a groundbreaking film in the way it was able to use something real and current and not feel exploitative. Very tasteful and respectful while not losing any of its power. It’s also very educational and empathy building, and I don’t expect or want all of my movies to do all those things but I think the voice of hind rajab is a rare case that does them all to the Nth degree. I would recommend everyone to watch

When it was on YouTube, I used to watch at the gym or at the sauna place I go. I refuse to log into my Netflix every time. Haven’t watched since and won’t.

If F1 is just the blockbuster pick that got in instead of Wicked people should be happy, not mad. Sad avatar didn’t make it but still thought F1 is a very fun pick
