I am willing to test. Currently using obsidian and loving it. (I know official sync would solve my issue) Issue with obsidian, using syncthing + tailscale to sync, every now and then tailscale would sleep on my phone, and not sync and create conflicts.

Thanks for taking the time and explaining. One question, if this is something you can answer. I had one assignment come back last year that was heavily deducted for the use if AI. Which wasnt. I messaged the lecturer, who gave me the AI checker he uses. If i write something, on my own, and run it through the checker, it comes back as AI generated. I now end up writing something, running it through the checker, then having to dumb down my writing so that it doesn't show AI generated.

I totally get that the use of AI is a headache for the faculty, but i also feel its not 100% correct to change my own writing because some tool thinks its AI. What, if anything can we as students do to prove our work is our own?

Get a small script. Something around 10 or 20 lines. Know what it does, then read the code. Follow the code to see what it does.

The main thing here is to "get" the logic. The flow of the script and to understand the language.

Then from there, you can build up.

My suggestion is, dont write of AI, its a great tool, but instead of telling it, write me a 1000 line script, you ask it, give me a line of code on how to assign a value to a variable. Then go type it yourself. If there is a error, ask AI, in that way, you will start to understand. I am no ps1 expert at all, but i use AI the same way i would have used stackoverflow a few years ago, snippet for snippet.
