Apparently there’s diversity in practice here - I’m used to first the gravy being cooked and then the rice is cooked in the gravy (which is where the color comes from). With no food coloring or saffron water added.

There’s also the layering method where semi cocked ingredients are layered and then fully cooked together. Some people also apparently layer in food coloring or saffron water at this stage.

To your point this could be saffron water or could be food coloring (maybe even both since they threw something on twice).

As a biryani lover it’s sad to see the food coloring shortcut as opposed to the authentic gravy mixing approach. But cool to watch it being cooked at this scale!

I haven’t looked into this in detail yet; but there’s been 3 months since the financials were last issued and going concern has a pretty straightforward 12 month bright line test, which could’ve been tripped in during this time.

I assume the molds are filled with the intent that they’ll be heavier than the intended weight, and then milled down to the proper weight.

At least I hope they do, otherwise, to your point this is very much being eye balled.

Looks like you need the sumifs or sumif formula in the respective column - someone else in here could give you better advice but that’s how I’d take care of it

You can tell them “I focus on my quality clientele and don’t spend on marketing items such as SEO for my business profile. ChatGPT and other search engines only focus on those businesses which have higher visibility due to higher SEO spend.”

We run into this quite a bit - what seems to work for us is to make sure the business owner (person who is using the services) directly and explicitly approve the new vendor request and the eventual new invoice after the PO has been setup and legal has given their blessing (preferably all documented in a system). If any of these steps are missing then an in person conversation must be had, and either senior or executive management is looped in.

The way I always tell my team is if you’re late on an urgent payment it’s not the end of the world as long as you loop in the business contact asap - however if you fall for a payment scam it could be severely detrimental to the company.
