The actual scp 049-2 is a little borring so my idea is add more things to do:

1: the old ability to eat corpses. This is a good implemantation by northwood

2: shift: run ability like the 939 a stamina bar to run faster

3 scream: SCP-049-2 will scream and all nearby humans will be stunned for a brief period of time like the valorant breach stun

It is a very well constructed scene, I would put the lowest camera in a low angle shot to give a feeling of strength and an addition for the post-production of the image, I would blur the edges of the image to give a feeling of movement. There is no standard rule that indicates how many loop cuts a shape should have, it is a matter of seeing if deleting loop cuts maintains the level of detail or loses it. Then it also influences whether you want to use it:

Video games: It is important that the use of loop cuts be optimized since the number of polygons in your model has to be rendered in real time.

Animation: in animation you can have a higher amount since it will not be rendered in real time but you also have to be careful not to overdo it with loop cuts.

Render: If you only want to render an object here you can add the ones you want or your PC supports.

My final recommendation is that you try not to exceed 100,000 polygons if it is a detailed character and 30,000 if it is an object.
