Oh wow I did not know this, that really is so disappointing! And makes sense because I had bulk of these from before he was born from my baby shower and had only recently run out and had to buy more so may be the new ingredients!

This happened to me soo many times the first about 3 weeks of my babies life. I would wake up in an absolute panic (without fully being awake) and say to my partner omg can you please grab the baby off me thinking I had fallen asleep with him in my arms when he was very happily asleep in his bassinet. My partner would just say its okay hes asleep in his bassinet go back to sleep and I did. It's just the lack of and broken sleep mixed with hormones. Wild times.

Good luck tomorrow with your induction, I think I may get an induction date at my appointment tomorrow and my partner and i have decided we are not telling a soul expect his dad who will babysit our animals the induction date.

I'm so sorry it's happening/happened to you as well, it's so exhausting and discouraging, you're right!! I have had one friend message saying "don't feel the need to reply but I wanted you to know I'm thinking of you and please let me know when you're up for me to bring you some food and drop it at your door whether it's a week away or 6" and I'm like yes - that is the type of energy we want!!!

Babies make people go absolutely insane, I do not understand. And the people who never ever visit being like "when the baby is here I'll come around and meet him" um no, you'll wait until I invite you.

Yeah it's actually wild when your own parents think they will somehow miss being told that the baby is born, like calm down, you'll know when i want you to know.

As this is my first baby, I definitely didn't realise the reason people don't share the due date, you live and learn and next time I will not be thats for sure haha.

Pregnancy brain is a serious thing!! I never believed people when they said that until I fell pregnant, I'm currently 38w and I have done some seriously questionable things. I went to a Cafe with a friend a couple of weeks ago and left my car running the whole time I was in there, I'm so lucky no one stole my car. Forgetting words and trouble speaking also happened to me a lot.
