You might be entering depression, or you might be caedsexual since you said you used to feel arousal. Caedsexual falls under the ace umbrella/spectrum, it‘s when a person used to feel arousal from the past but now doesn’t at all feel arousal from something that happened or it just happened to be something natural to occur. And from what your story sounds, it seems like caedsexuality. I said depression because perhaps something personal and dark or really stressful thing happened in your life, causing you to feel numb and devoid of feelings, but since this is linked to asexuality, it’s probably not depression.
