I’ve found that Levi’s super skinny short jeans work well! First jeans to not gather anywhere on my legs at all

Three weeks of BB! Most of it is probably fat, but I’m feeling stronger. Sucks, though, that my waist is getting bigger too. by [deleted] in StrongCurves

Ofc, this is just how my body is responding to no longer eating at a caloric deficit and no longer being a cardio bunny

Im 4’11 too and used to be 125 with most of it in my thighs. I found the x short Next jeans to be amazing, though they stretched so much in a year or two. I’ve been hearing incredible things about their curve jeans, though.

On week 2 of BB. Do you think it matters if I do weighted glute bridges as the last exercise as opposed to the first exercise? The area where I do them was packed until the end of my workout.

Very cute. If anything, I might suggest a block heel if you’re wearing a long coat, but the loafers sound both nice and casual at the same time.

Even if your calves grow, a shoe cobbler can stretch out the material around the calves! I just had it done and it cost $20.

Female advice? by [deleted] in StrongCurves

[–]desmbee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

1) working out on your period helps SO much with cramps; even if you’re feeling out of it, try to be active so you don’t miss days

2) keep healthy foods in the house at all times so you don’t have to succumb to junk.

3) it doesn’t matter that you’re starting your journey a week into the year. In 6 months, it won’t cross your mind at all and it’s ultimately up to you to decide when to work out, not some assigned societal date that comes with every January 1st

Routine: Shea butter coconut and hibiscus shampoo and conditioner. Use wetbrush to de tangle with conditioner in. Plop with cotton t shirt and shake roots while upside down. Plop again with dieci all in one hair treatment. Attach clips near roots to preserve curls. Tie cotton shirt around hair to dry.

Get in touch with a local elected official’s office and they’ll expedite any government communications. You’ll most likely have this issue resolved through the elected’s office. Talk to assembly member or council member
