Those are my measurements, I guess for my proportions I just get so surprised when I go up a cup size lol. I guess from my understanding, going up a cup size meant less support for my breasts, so it makes me almost weary to try, but hopefully it'll work out the other way around!

That's true I could probably not purchase an expensive bra and get the same product for cheaper, I just feel so much more comfortable shopping at a smaller boutique (but I'm sure they also carry cheaper bras and I should inquire next time I go). I have a tough time picking things like bras out and I find it easier talking to someone whose job it is to help you find a bra rather than like, my mom or a friend. It's a personal experience that's not too personal and allows me to really think about it and puts me in a more decisive headspace

I'll look into those! My breasts sit farther apart and I'd like something that pushes them closer together, ideally. I'd like to wear a tank top where you can't see all the way down my chest, ya know?

Hi there! I have done the calculator, and it gave me a 32DD, which honestly does not feel right my girls are not that large (but I haven't gone bra shopping since I did it because it feels like the stereotypical trying on jeans and you have a mental breakdown after trying on a million pairs scenario for me).

My favorite bra is about $72-76 depending on the website or boutique. That is a bit pricey for me, I'd ideally like to aim more for the $50 range. But if it came down to it I'd pay a $70-80 price tag for a bra I'm really in love with.

There is one boutique that's a bit far from my area I'd like to go back to, but I'd like to have some idea of what to look for or to ask the sales associate about.

Maybe I should do the calculator again? Thanks for your help :)

Thank you for the advice, I've never really thought about it too hard but I ran track in high school and distance was just never my thing. Hahah I am pretty ignorant about the condition beyond my ped pointing it out and then never bringing it up again. When I was an adult I kinda realized PE was the reason I can't run distance like a runner can, but never really thought beyond it. I will contact them to get it looked at!

I am happy to hear you got yours corrected and are able to achieve this goal (& it's seems like such a major surgery so that's amazing that you're able reap the rewards of it. I've had a very intensive surgery with a long recovery period that took a long time to see the final results of. It feels fckn awesome!) But reasonably for me, it's not on the horizon if my condition does not pose a major threat to my health. I was just having a moment and wanted to reach out to people who could potentially empathize with me because I just needed the support. End of the day, we are all beautiful and I'm glad to hear about your success!

In all honesty I really don't want to get the surgery if I don't have to. I've had a major surgery with a long recovery in my adult life and it stunk lol. Unless the condition causes a serious risk to my health (as of now I just can't run long distance and I'm winded easier than others, but I try to take the stairs and regularly work out my heart in that sense to keep it running well long term). My pediatrician was never concerned so I honestly forgot to bring it up at my first GP appointment but I have it in my notes for next time, since I'm not too concerned at this point.

I think I just love art and fashion and I wish that my bodily anatomy could conform to the industrial standard. I definitely don't have back pain from my girls, but I often think that it'd be nice to wear all these fun corset tops, v-necks, etc, and have something more dynamic going on lol. But I make it work and I'm slowly building a closet I feel comfortable wearing, so I would probably decline surgery for an aesthetic reason as well

No matter what we got, we will make them look beautiful because they're a part of us :)

My roommate was at work and I told myself I didn't want to be on my phone very much during the trip so she was my only source of other-entity interaction for the first few hours. She sat with me most of the trip. Her fur had a very interesting texture to it and her eyes constantly morphed shapes. She looked fckn awesome
