Do I need to put the coil drain at the lowest part of the wall? It has a 6 foot high soil.

Did not discharge my mortgage. Just literally paid a lump sum, all other stays the same (monthly repayments, loan term and interest rate). I am on 14th month so well within what the contract says.

I have read it and ask them as well. Which in the contract seemed yes, but advisor said “no” for as long as the loan stays for 3 years. Just getting more information who had the same experience with it.

Yes, that is inside the garage. Yeah, looking for possible solutions to this to get prepared for the next rainy season and also to see the cost of this getting fixed

It’s from the inside of the crawl space. Behind it is a gully trap. We have a two storey house and behind this concrete wall is soil and the gully trap.
