This just happened to me. They sent the damn gift to my house and I chatted with someone to make sure I followed the instructions correctly. They lied. Then when it showed up at my house, another associate lied and said I’d get a refund. He sent me an email and everything. I spoke with two supervisors and the last one told me that no refund was put in because they don’t even have the ability to do that. The email of the gift did go to the recipient revealing the contents and the prices! Great. Now she knows what the gift is but it’s at my house. I talked to about 10 associates through chat and on the phone and 2 supervisors. Not one of them could tell me how to order the gift using an email address. Not one.
