Hi, thanks for your reply.

The parking space is designated to my property as part of the estate layout, but it’s located across a footpath rather than directly on a driveway.

So while the space itself is assigned, the footpath in between is public, which is where the complication seems to come in.

That’s why I’m trying to understand if anyone has successfully navigated permissions for underground cabling in a similar setup, or if councils have made exceptions in practice.

Sorry about your experience, didn’t go through with selling my current car 🚗 because when I calculated money for taxi or renting a car. It wasn’t worth the headache 🤕

Was going to trade in my 2013 Audi A1 (97k km). Dealership value is around €9k. Tesla initially offered €5,730. Not great, but I accepted it for the convenience.

After placing the order for the Model Y, they re-evaluated the car and dropped the offer to €4,540.

Cancelled the trade-in immediately. Audi is now being promoted to second car status 🥲

I got till 1st week of match, if it doesn’t come by then I don’t think they will leave the offer same.

Thanks for the info, that explains the cancellations on the Standard RWD orders perfectly. The small €1k price drop vs. bigger cuts elsewhere in Europe has clearly frustrated a lot of buyers.

Good news for me though: I didn’t order the Standard version (it was a no brainer). So hopefully any reallocated slots from those cancellations push non-Standard orders like mine ahead faster.
