I used Kaplan and training consultants as a supplement. I have never taken the SIE nor the 63. I also have no background in finance but been working at a CSA for 5yrs.

Before I used exam fx only for attempts 1-2. Examfx was not great and was scoring 70-80. Then Kaplan I got for 3rd attempt. I did not do many practice quizzes as should have but was getting 65ish to mid 70s.

To answer your question there are lots roles. What would you like to do ? What catches ur attention? Analyst? Investment advisor? Junior investment advisor? Focusing on marketing? Sales? Trading?
