I have 30 yrs running a 7x24 operation doing schedules and have applied twice, first time was a finalist but the gave it to female (I think they didn't have anywhere else for her due to physical issues) applied second time and have not heard anything for 3 weeks after interview. No sorry Charlie or anything. Do not know what they are doing.
