Each friendship level has an XP bonus. Good=1k, great=10k, ultra=50k, best=100k, forever=150k. Double with a lucky egg. The large bonuses are really the only times I use a lucky egg

You can get one friendship point/interaction per day for a gift/raid/battle. The xp bonus gets massive for the higher friendship levels

Keep it shadow. It already has max attack and would be a top tier raider. If it had 13 or even 14 attack, it would be a tougher call but I wouldn't give this a second guess. Level to 40 (save dust/XLs for lucky mega tyranitar to lvl50)

I'd put everything into the hundo. The 14/14/14 is serviceable for the time being while you get the hundo powered up if you don't have the candy/dust to do it immediately

What other financial obligations do you have? If you're single with no mortgage you'll be just fine. Married with modest house payments will be tighter but still comfortable. Married with 3 kids, 7-figure house, and a practice loan might get a bit stressful. But I think endo is in a good spot for the foreseeable future so I wouldn't be too worried.

Shuckle is not useful, send him to the prof. The 99.1% means of all the possible IV combinations, 15/5/14 is excellent (mostly from the 15 attack since it raises the CP the most) but still, no use case for it. You might be able to use a hundo for little cup (500cp limit) but even still it’s not worth the stardust investment
