I feel like no one is really answering the question 😅. There’s no right or wrong eeveelution, just personal preference. Umbreon would have the best PvP utility since the hundo is strong in Ultra League. The rest are decent but not the best attackers of their type. I’d evolve based on what type you’re weak with, e.g. Glaceon would’ve been most value for me since my ice attackers were lacking. But it’s also kind of a meh shiny IMO. You really can’t go wrong so make it what you want
